We are living through difficult and uncertain times
In a president Obama's recent speech he declared that "we will rebuild, we will recover, and the united states of America will emerge stronger than before" As the national economy weaken, stock drop fifty percent of their peak, unemployment rate jump to 9 percent, monthly home sells back to its 1997 level and the consumer confidence hit its 41 year low, how is he able to bring us back to track. Surely, Obama has a great long term plan. His idea of change and the vision of renewable energy, health care reform, education and the new relationship with other nations inspires many of us. We believe him, support him and vote him because we have a strong faith that he can lead us to a new nation. But when it comes to organize and take action to our plan, we all have a difficult time, include Mr.obama. In long term how he will use part of the one trillion to fund infrastructure and build our new system. In short term, how he will deal with the worst economic crisis we haven't seen in decades. Those two questions will not only be the top task of Obama, but also a biggest question of many of us. With scare of resources, he has to organize them and allocate them to different project in order to archive his vision. I think it is a great real life example of four management step. Since we are at planning phrase, we have to wait and see how obama manage the nation
